摘要
针对高精度卸料板镶件单件加工效率低、生产成本高等问题,根据各卸料板镶件结构特点,采用组合加工工艺取代原来的单件加工工艺。经对比,卸料板镶件组合加工工艺的制造周期缩短了15%以上,制造成本降低了20%左右,同时也降低了卸料板镶件的加工难度,减少了加工成本。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high production cost of high-preci⁃sion stripper plate insert,the combined processing technology replaced the single piece processing according to its structure characteristics.After comparing the two manufacturing processes,the combined processing technology shortened the manufacturing cycle above 15%,and reduced the manufacturing cost about 20%,and also reduced the processing difficulty.
