摘要
科研作为“科创融教”中教师工作中的一环,教师科研意识的养成和科研能力的提升有利于夯实师生的创新路径,有利于提升教育教学质量,有利于提升学校整体育人水平。针对职教教师在科研上的困境,分析职业院校科研怪圈和科研缺失的现象,探索高职院校教师科研能力提升的路径,为高职院校教师科研综合能力提升指明了方向。
As a part of teachers'work in the integration of scientific research and innovation into education,the cultivation of internal medicine research consciousness and the improvement of scientific research ability are conducive to tamping the innovation path of teachers and students,improving the quality of education and teaching,and improving the overall education level of the school.In view of the plight of vocational teachers in scientific research,it analyzed the strange circle and lack of scientific research in vocational colleges,explored the path of improving teachers'scientific research ability in vocational colleges,and pointed out the direction for improving teach⁃ers'comprehensive scientific research ability in vocational colleges.
