科技小分队视域下高校大学生科技创新能力发展及路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 培养具有科技创新能力的应用型人才是地方应用型本科高校适应区域发展的需要,师生共建科技小分队成为地方高校培养具有科技创新能力应用型人才、服务地方的重要载体。为了全面了解科技小分队视域下大学生科技创新能力的发展现状,从知识、能力和素质等3方面建立大学生科技创新能力评价指标,运用模糊层次法构建大学生科技创新能力评价理论模型。研究结果表明:将模糊综合评价方法运用于大学生科技创新能力发展的研究具有较好的适用性,同时也为学校进一步优化科技小分队、提升大学生科技创新能力提供了理论借鉴。 Cultivating application-oriented talents with scientific and technological innovation ability is the need of local application-oriented universities to adapt to regional development.The science and technology team jointly built by teachers and students becomes the important carrier of cultivating application-oriented talents and serving local needs in local application-oriented universities.In order to fully understand the development status of college students'scientific and technological innovation ability,the evaluation index of college students'scientific and technological inno‐vation ability is established from three aspects of knowledge,ability and quality,and the theoretical model of college students'scientific and technological innovation ability is constructed by using fuzzy hierarchy method.The results show that the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the development of science and technology in‐novation ability of college students has a good applicability,and it also provides theoretical reference for the school to further optimize the science and technology team to improve the science and technology innovation ability of college students.
