摘要 目的:对比分析SysmexXN1000自动血液分析仪检测光学法血小板及电阻抗法血小板的检测结果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月~2021年12月本院收治的100例行血常规检测的住院患者的临床资料,其中,提示无血小板直方图显示异常、电阻抗法计数异常者40例设为I组;提示有血小板直方图异常、电阻抗法计数在100×10^(9)/L以上的患者30例设为Ⅱ组;提示有血小板直方图异常、电阻抗法计数在100×109/L以内的患者30例设为Ⅲ组。对比三组检测结果。结果:电阻抗法、光学法检测数据结果无显著差异(P>0.05),在大血小板、小红细胞、红细胞碎片组中,镜检和电阻抗法计数结果数据比较具有显著差异(P<0.05),镜检和光学法计数结果数据比较不具有显著差异(P>0.05),同时,光学法的检测准确率高于电阻抗法(P<0.05)。结论:临床检测血小板期间,选择光学法检测方式具有比电阻抗法更多的优势性。 Objective:To compare and analyze the detection results of optical platelet and resistive platelet by SysmexXN1000 automatic hematology analyzer.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 100 inpatients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.Among them,40 cases with abnormal platelet histogram and abnormal count by resistive method were set as group I.30 patients with abnormal platelet histogram and resistance count above 100×10^(9)/L were assigned as groupⅡ.The 30 patients with abnormal platelet histogram and resistance counting within 100×109/L were assigned to groupⅢ.The results of the three groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the data measured by resistance method and optical method(P>0.05).In the large platelets,small red blood cells and red blood cell fragments groups,there were significant differences between the data measured by microscopy and resistance method(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the data measured by microscopy and optical method(P>0.05).The detection accuracy of optical method was higher than that of resistance method(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical detection of platelets,the optical method has more advantages than the resistive method.
