石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿铅的结果影响因素探析

摘要 目的:研究石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿铅结果的影响因素。方法:应用石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿铅的含量,观察不同影响因素的最优条件。结果:5μL 1g/L硝酸钯为基体改进剂的最佳用量,石墨炉升温程序,800˚C为最佳灰化温度,1800˚C为最佳原子化温度,标准曲线中添加正常人尿,尿液稀释1:5,加标回收率93.2%~109.5%,冻干尿铅成分分析标准物质测定在标准范围。结论:将在5μL 1g/L硝酸钯的基体改进剂、800℃灰化温度、1800℃原子化温度、标准曲线中添加正常人尿、尿液稀释5倍的尿液作为尿铅的最佳检测条件,其检测结果更最佳。 Objective:To study the influence factors of determination of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods:Determination of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,observe the optimal conditions for different influencing factors.Results:5μL 1g/L palladium nitrate was the optimal dosage of matrix modifier,graphite furnace heating procedure,800˚C is the best ashing temperature,1800˚C is the best atomization temperature,add normal urine to the standard curve,urine dilution:1:5,standard recovery 93.2%-109.5%,the standard substance for the analysis of freeze-dried urine lead component is in the standard range.Conclusion:5μL 1g/L palladium nitrate matrix modifier,800℃ ashing temperature,1800˚C atomization temperature,normal urine added into the standard curve,urine diluted by 5 times were the best detection factors for lead in urine,the test results are more standard.
