宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗不孕不育的临床效果及对患者治疗依从性的影响评价研究

Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopic Tubal Intubation in the Treatment of Infertility and Evaluation of Its Influence on Patients’Treatment Compliance

目的:探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗不孕不育的临床效果及评价治疗方式对患者依从性的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年8月~2021年8月本院接收的54例不孕不育患者一般资料信息,按照治疗方式分组,采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗的27例患者纳入观察组,实施常规化输卵管插管治疗的27例患者纳入对照组,评价和分析两组患者治疗情况及治疗依从性等。结果:①两组患者术前通畅、阻塞、通而不畅发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组患者输卵管通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05),阻塞率和通而不畅率低于对照组(P<0.05);②观察组患者依从率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组患者妊娠结局优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不孕不育患者实施宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗,取得了显著的临床疗效,能够提高患者治疗依从性,有利于改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic tubal intubation in the treatment of infertility,and to evaluate the effect of treatment methods on patients’compliance.Methods:The general data and information of 54 patients with infertility received by our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,grouped according to the treatment method,and 27 patients who were treated with hysteroscopic fallopian tube intubation were included.In the hysteroscopy group,27 patients who underwent routine fallopian tube intubation and fluid treatment were included in the routine histochemistry group,and the treatment conditions and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients were evaluated and analyzed.Results:①There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of patency,obstruction and patency between the two groups before surgery(P<0.05),the obstructive rate and patency rate were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);②The compliance rate of patients in the hysteroscopy group was higher than that in the control group,with no significant difference(P<0.05);③The pregnancy outcome of the patients in the hysteroscopy group was better than that in the routine group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05);④The total effective rate of the patients in the hysteroscopy group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic tubal intubation for infertility patients has achieved significant clinical efficacy,which can improve patients’compliance with treatment and improve pregnancy outcomes.
