CT引导下经皮微波消融治疗周围型肺癌的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of CT-Guided Percutaneous Microwave Ablation in the Treatment of Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的:分析周围型肺癌疾病特点,评价CT引导下经皮微波消融治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的周围型肺癌患者70例,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组、观察组,伦理委员会批准。对照组35例患者采取GP化疗治疗,观察组35例患者采取CT引导下经皮微波消融法治疗。比较2组周围型肺癌患者的治疗情况,包括临床疗效、不良反应以及治疗后短期内生活质量状况(Karnofsky,卡氏KPS功能状态评分标准)。结果:组间临床总有效率比较,观察组患者的总有效率80.00%明显高于对照组的51.42%,P<0.05;组间治疗后KPS评分比较,观察组1个月后(80.50±3.50)、3个月后(82.50±3.30)评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;组间气胸、胸腔积液、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生情况比较,观察组患者发生率11.42%低于对照组的37.14%,P<0.05。结论:与GP化疗治疗比较,CT引导下经皮微波消融法治疗周围型肺癌具有安全性、有效性优势,改善患者的功能状况、生活质量,是优选治疗方案。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of peripheral lung cancer and evaluate the clinical effect of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation.Methods:Seventy patients with peripheral lung cancer in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for the control group and observation group according to the order of admission,and the ethics committee approved.35 patients in the control group were treated with GP chemotherapy,and 35 patients in the observation group were treated with CT guided percutaneous microwave ablation.The treatment status of the two groups of peripheral lung cancer patients was compared,including the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and the quality of life in the short term after treatment(Karnofsky,KPS functional status scoring standard).Results:Comparing the total clinical effective rate between the groups,the total effective rate of 80.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 51.42%in the control group,P<0.05;The comparison of the KPS scores after treatment between the groups was(80.50±3.50)after 1 month in the observation group,3 months later(82.50±3.30)scores were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;Comparison of adverse reactions such as pneumothorax,pleural effusion,nausea and vomiting among the groups,the incidence of 11.42%in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 37.14%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with GP chemotherapy,CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer has advantages in safety and effectiveness,and improves the functional status and quality of life of patients.It is the preferred treatment plan.
