蓝光毯配合LED蓝光灯(双光)治疗新生儿重度高胆红血症效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Blue Light Blanket Combined with LED Blue Light(Dual Light)in Treating Severe Neonatal Hyperbiliemia

目的:蓝光毯配合LED蓝光灯(双光)治疗新生儿重度高胆红血症效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年12月本院收治患者中的100例重度高胆红血症新生儿为研究对象,依据患儿的治疗方式将其分入观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组患儿采用LED蓝光灯(双光)治疗,观察组患儿采用蓝光毯配合LED蓝光灯(双光)治疗。评测两组患儿的效果优良率、发育不良情况及血清胆红素日均下降值、平均光疗时间、52项运动评分、重度高胆红血症改善时间、治疗期间不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果:观察组患儿的效果优良率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),发育不良情况、治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),血清胆红素日均下降值、52项运动评分明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),平均光疗时间、重度高胆红血症改善时间明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:蓝光毯配合LED蓝光灯(双光)治疗新生儿重度高胆红血症具有良好的效果。

Objective:To study the effect of blue light blanket combined with LED blue light(dual light)on severe neonatal hyperbiliemia.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,100 neonatos with severe hyperbiliary erythroemia in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to their treatment methods,they were divided into study group(50 cases)and reference group(50 cases).The reference group was treated with LED blue light(dual light).Children in the study group were treated with blue light blanket and LED blue light(dual light).The rate of good results,dysplasia and average daily decrease value of serum bilirubin,average time of phototherapy,52 exercise scores,improvement time of severe hyperbilirubinemia,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The rate of excellent and good effects in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(all P<0.05),the incidence of dysplasia and adverse reactions during treatment was significantly lower than that in the reference group(all P<0.05),the average daily decline value of serum bilirubin and 52 exercise scores were significantly higher than those in the reference group(all P<0.05).The average phototherapy time and the improvement time of severe hyperbiliary erythroemia were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Blue light blanket combined with LED blue light(dual light)is effective in treating severe neonatal hyperbiliemia.
