The Effect of IPS e.max CAD/CAM Glass Ceramic Inlay on Minimally Invasive Restoration of Tooth Defects

摘要 目的:围绕牙体缺损修复作为研究重点,应用IPS e.max CAD/CAM玻璃陶瓷嵌体,观察微创修复效果。方法:以2019年8月~2020年11月作为资料收集时间范围,共收集50例牙体缺损患者资料,患牙60例。借助IPS e.max CAD/CAM玻璃陶瓷嵌体,为患者提供微创修复处理,在修复体1周、6个月以及12个月范围内,观察患者修复情况,并进一步对患者护理满意度进行评估。结果:经有效修复,在66颗修复体中,无脱落情况。其中,固位效果、边缘合适率、牙龈健康、颜色匹配度以及外形正确率分别为100.00%、91.67%、93.33%、95.00%、95.00%。经修复后,在50例患者中,十分满意43例,占比86.00%,部分满意6例,占比12.00%,不满意1例,占比2.00%,总满意患者数49例,满意率98.00%。结论:在牙体缺损修复中,借助IPS e.max CAD/CAM玻璃陶瓷嵌体,患者对修复效果较为满意,短期修复效果十分明显,针对其远期效果,尚待进一步研究。 Objective:To observe the effect of IPS e.max CAD/CAM glass ceramic insert for minimally invasive repair.Methods:From August 2019 to November 2020,50 dental defect patients and 60 tooth patients were collected.With IPS e.max CAD/CAM glass ceramic inserts,minimally invasive repair treatment was observed for 1 week,6 months and 12 months,and further assessed for patient care satisfaction.Results:After effective repair,there was no shedding in 66 repair bodies.Among them,the fixation effect,edge suitability rate,gum health,color matching degree and appearance correctness rate were 100.00%,91.67%,93.33%,95.00%,and 95.00%,respectively.After repair,43 of the 50 patients were very satisfied,accounting for 86.00%,6 partially satisfied,accounting for 12.00%,1 dissatisfied,accounting for 2.00%,49 total patients,and satisfaction rate of 98.00%.Conclusion:In the repair of tooth defect,with the help of IPS e.max CAD/CAM glass ceramic insert,the short-term repair effect shows the long-term effect,which needs to be further studied.
