摘要
目的:对呼吸机湿化装置管理质量中应用品管圈活动后的提升效果进行观察。方法:将2018年8月~2020年7月在本院重症监护室中连续使用呼吸机时间>3d的机械通气患者作为此次研究对象,针对其呼吸机湿化装置的检查情况采用品管圈活动进行干预,对比分析干预前后呼吸机湿化装置管理质量的提升效果。结果:干预前后的总检查次数均为500次,且干预后呼吸机湿化罐水位异常率(6.00%)、设置错误率(6.00%)、干烧率(1.00%)、故障率(0.20%)和待机时间(39.2±13.0)h均低于干预前的13.00%、12.00%、3.00%、1.60%和(72.9±26.8)h,P<0.05;干预后的管理满意度96.00%、口咽部干燥发生率2.00%和感觉呼入气干燥发生率3.00%均明显优于干预前的84.00%、14.00%和15.00%,P<0.05。结论:品管圈活动的应用可以显著提升本院重症监护室住院患者呼吸机湿化装置的管理质量,帮助患者获取良好的治疗方案。
Objective:To observe the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on the management quality of ventilator humidification device.Methods:From August 2018 to July 2020,the patients with mechanical ventilation who used ventilator for more than 3 days in ICU were selected as the research object.Quality control circle activities were used to intervene the inspection of humidification device of ventilator,and the effect of improving the management quality of humidification device of ventilator before and after the intervention was compared and analyzed.Results:The total number of checks before and after the intervention was 500,and after the intervention,the abnormal rate of the water level of the humidification tank of the ventilator(6.00%),the error rate of setting(6.00%),the dry burning rate(1.00%),the failure rate(0.20%)and the standby time(39.2±13.0)h were lower than those before intervention(13.00%),(12.00%),(3.00%),(1.60%)and(72.9±26.8)h,P<0.05;In the observation group,96.00%of management satisfaction,2.00%of oropharyngeal dryness and 3.00%of respiratory dryness were significantly better than 84.00%,14.00%and 15.00%before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle activities can significantly improve the management quality of ventilator humidification device for ICU inpatients in our hospital,and help patients obtain good treatment plan.
