摘要 移动通信无线网络作为支撑数字经济的重要新型基础设施,近年来迎来了蓬勃发展。但当前行业普遍面临着持续增加的网络运营成本与不断逼近的“碳达峰碳中和”目标压力。为实现通信网络节能减碳,需从主要通信设备、空调等高耗能设备着手,通过站点级软关与硬关等技术,配合时控策略、温控策略与AI智能策略,实现多层网络协同发力,在保障用户感知前提下充分挖掘网络节能潜力,助力行业“双碳”目标达成。 As an important new infrastructure supporting the digital economy,mobile communication wireless networks have ushered in vigorous development in recent years.However,the current industry is generally facing the pressure of continuously in⁃creasing network operating costs and the approaching goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".In order to achieve energy saving and carbon reduction in the communication network,it is necessary to start from the main communication equipment,air condition⁃ers and other high energy-consuming equipment,through the site-level soft switch and hard switch and other technologies,in con⁃junction with the time control strategy,temperature control strategy and AI intelligent strategy,to achieve a multi-layer network make concerted efforts to fully tap the energy-saving potential of the network on the premise of ensuring user perception,and help the industry to achieve the"carbon peak and carbon neutral"goal.
