卫星通信在应急通信中的应用

Applications of satellite communication in emergency communication

针对自然灾害、大型公共事故等紧急情况发生致使本地光缆或通信设备受损,公网通信中断短时间难以恢复,抢险救援工作难以开展的问题,利用卫星通信不受地形限制、快速建链的特点,深入研究卫星通信在应急通信和救援保障中的重要应用。通过对卫星通信及其在四川移动应急通信保障中的应用介绍,总结了卫星通信在应急通信中的重要意义,展望了未来的卫星通信及其在应急通信的应用趋势。

In view of the problems that local optical cable or communication equipment is damaged due to natural disasters,large-scale public accidents and other emergencies,public network communication interruption is difficult to recover in a short time,and rescue and rescue work is difficult to carry out,the important application of satellite communication in emergency communication and rescue support is deeply studied by using the characteristics of satellite communication,which is not limited by terrain and can be quickly established.Through the introduction of satellite communication and its application in emergency communication support of Si⁃chuan mobile,this paper summarizes the important significance of satellite communication in emergency communication,and looks forward to the future satellite communication and its application trend in emergency communication.
