摘要
时代发展对高等教育提出新的要求,“以学生为中心”理念是人本心理学在教育领域的应用,重点关注人的成长与发展。探索“以学生为中心”理念指导下市场营销专业的教学模式与实践,以加强专业建设,助力教师教学设计,促进学生更多深度思考,提升各项能力,促进其长远发展。该理念在营销专业教学中的实践应用需要考虑专业特色,“对分课堂”教学模式有较强的适用性。
The development of the times puts forward new requirements for higher education. The “student-centered” concept is the application of humanistic psychology in the field of education, focusing on human growth and development. This paper explores the teaching mode and practice for marketing majors under the guidance of the “student-centered” concept, in order to strengthen professional construction, assist teachers in teaching design, promote students to have more and deep thinking and improve their abilities, and promote their long-term development. The practical application of this concept in the teaching of marketing major requires to consider the professional characteristics, and the PAD class teaching mode has strong applicability.
