摘要
某型中速机在试验过程中出现配气凸轮轴、挺柱、气缸套异常磨损现象。对故障原因进行分析,可以得出:挺柱侧隙存在超差对凸轮轴挺柱磨损有一定的影响;水套挺柱孔垂直度超差是造成配气凸轮轴、挺柱产生磨损的主要原因;气缸套核心粗糙度深度Rk、沟槽尖峰高度Rpk、沟槽谷底深度Rvk超差是造成气缸套磨损的主要原因。对此提出改进措施,经验证,改进措施有效可行。
A medium-speed diesel engine had abnormal wear on the valve camshaft,tappet and cylinder liner during test.By analyzing the causes of the failure,it can be concluded that:The out of tolerance of the tappet backlash has a certain impact on the wear of the camshaft tappet;The verticality out of tolerance of the water jacket tappet hole is the main reason for the wear of the valve camshaft and tappet;The main reasons for cylinder liner wear are the core roughness depth Rk,groove peak height Rpk and out of tolerance of groove bottom depth Rvk.In this regard,improvement measures are proposed,which are proved to be effective and feasible.
