摘要
以某型船用柴油机淡水泵为研究对象,进行船用淡水泵机械密封漏水故障分析。分析表明,该型船用柴油机淡水泵与柴油机工作环境不匹配是导致淡水泵机械密封失效漏水的主要原因。基于此,设计58U型机械密封,经实船试验验证,该型机械密封满足使用要求,达到预期效果。提出多项改进措施,以应对类似柴油机淡水泵密封失效故障。
Aiming at a marine diesel engine fresh water pump,the water leakage fault of the marine fresh water pump mechanical seal was analyzed.The analysis showed that the mismatch between the working environment of the fresh water pump and the diesel engine was the main reason for the failure and leakage of the mechanical seal of the fresh water pump.Based on this,58U type mechanical seal was designed.The real ship test shows that this type of mechanical seal meets the use requirements and achieves the expected effect.Several improvement measures are put forward to deal with the seal failure of similar diesel engine fresh water pump.
