Planning of Shenzhen Freight Transportation Organization in the New Era

随着城市核心建成区不断扩张,客货冲突矛盾陆续显现。大型货车运输对城市、经济发展的支撑重要性被广泛认识,其组织优化正进入深水区。基于深圳市在大型货车运输交通组织领域的多轮规划经验,对比分析深圳市在治理大型货车运输交通方面的技术发展,总结出在研究对象上细分货类、研究思路上延伸关注作业链、改善对策上精细化、实施路径上细分阶段的措施,并以深圳市新一轮大型货车运输交通组织规划为例进行分析,以期为同类型、同阶段城市的大型货车运输交通组织优化提供参考。

With the continuous expansion of the urban core built-up area,the conflicts and contradictions between passengers and freight have emerged one after another.The significance of logistics and freight in supporting urban and economic development has been widely recognized,the optimization of freight transportation organization is entering a more challenging stage.Based on Shenzhen’s multi-round planning experience in the field of freight organization,this study compared and analyzed Shenzhen’s technological development in freight transportation management,and concluded the overall changes,including subdividing the cargo category in the research object,extending the focus on the operation chain in the research idea,refining the improvement measures,and phasing the implementation path.Moreover,focusing on Shenzhen’s new round of freight transportation organization planning,it conducted a relevant case study.This study aims to provide a reference for the optimization of freight traffic organization in cities of similar types and stages.
