摘要
通过开展广州市中心城区主次干路非机动车车道现状调查,摸清非机动车车道发展现状,并对非机动车车道系统建立评价指标体系,对其发展现状和合理性进行评价,指出其存在连续性差、路权保障不足、宽度不符合规范要求、被侵占现象严重等问题,并以问题为导向按照“强化路权”“应设尽设”等原则,基于路权分配提出完善标志标线、增设物理隔离设施、拓宽或新增非机动车车道等优化策略。此外,结合新形势下城市交通发展的新特点,提出下一步非机动车道发展策略,为科学建设和完善非机动车车道提供决策支撑。
By carrying out a survey on the status of non-motorized lanes on primary and secondary trunk roads in the central urban area in Guangzhou,finding out the development status of non-motorized lanes.And the evaluation index system of non-motorized lane system is established to evaluate its development status and rationality,it is pointed out that there are problems such as poor continuity,insufficient right of way protection,width that does not meet the requirements of specifications,and serious occupation.According to the principle of"strengthening the right of way"and"should be set up as much as possible",some optimization strategies based on right-of-way allocation are put forward,such as completing signs and lines,adding physical isolation facilities,widening non-motorized lanes,and adding non-motorized lanes.In addition,combining with the new characteristics of urban traffic development under the new situation,some future strategies are raised,so as to provide decision-making support for scientific construction and improvement of non-motorized lane.
