摘要
2020年初爆发的新冠疫情对人们出行行为和交通规划的推进造成了重大影响。回顾疫情前广州市出行方式结构变化情况,评估广州市第2轮综合交通规划中的出行方式管理政策得失。分析疫情中2年的出行方式结构变化数据,发现常规公交、小汽车和电动自行车等3种出行方式受疫情暴露的影响风险最大。根据疫情影响的特点及未来城市交通发展的趋势,对3种出行方式及指标体系开展了针对性的思考。最后提出,应围绕最新国家战略、其他城市实践或先进理念、行业数字化转型、交通协同治理等多维度展开研判,支持城市交通高质量发展。
The outbreak of the COVID-19 in early 2020 has a significant impact on people’s travel behavior and the advancement of urban transport planning.Reviewing the changes in the travel mode structure in Guangzhou before the epidemic,and evaluate the pros and cons of the travel mode management policies proposed in the second round of comprehensive transportation planning in Guangzhou.By analyzing the data on the changes in the mode structure in the two years during the epidemic,it was found that three travel modes,such as conventional buses,cars and electric bicycles are most at risk of being affected by the exposure of the epidemic.According to the characteristics of the impact of the epidemic and the future development trend of urban transportation,targeted thinking was carried out on the three travel modes and the establishment of index system.Finally,this paper proposed that research and judgment should be carried out around the latest national strategies,other urban practices or advanced concepts,industry digital transformation,and coordinated transportation governance to support the high-quality development of urban transportation.
