摘要
随着遥感技术的发展和应用场景的扩大,民商遥感卫星的性能指标稳步提升,高效利用民商遥感卫星资源已是情报保障工作的重要依托。基于ADC方法建立军地遥感卫星联合使用的效能分析模型,针对联合使用的4种模式对其可用性进行定量分析,利用串联开网排队模型从任务时效角度对系统性能进行计算;通过实例仿真,利用该模型对军地遥感卫星不同联合使用方式进行效能分析,验证模型的实用性和有效性,为合理调用征用民商遥感卫星提供支撑。
With the development of remote sensing technology and the expansion of application scenarios,the performance indicators of civil and commercial remote sensing satellites have been steadily improved.Efficient utilization of civil and commercial remote sensing satellite resources has become an important support for information support work.Based on ADC method,the efficiency analysis model of military-civil-commercial remote sensing satellite joint use is established,and its usability is quantitatively analyzed according to the four modes of joint use.The system performance is calculated from the perspective of task timeliness by using the series open network queuing model.Through example simulation,this model is used to analyze the effectiveness of different joint use modes of military-civilcommercial remote sensing satellites,which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the model,and provides support for the rational use and requisition of civil-commercial remote sensing satellites.
