卷取温度对无取向硅钢组织、磁性能及表面质量的影响 被引量:1

Influence of coiling temperature on microstructure, magnetic properties and surface quality for non-oriented silicon steel

摘要 在工业生产条件下,对比分析了不同热轧卷取温度对无取向硅钢组织、磁性能及表面质量的影响。结果表明:在700℃较高温度下卷取时热轧卷表层和芯部均为再结晶组织,而在650℃较低温度下卷取时芯部发生未完全再结晶,且退火成品组织也相对细小。不同卷取温度下的热轧卷织构类似,芯部为{001}<110>旋转立方织构和少量的{111}面织构,表层以Goss织构{110}<001>和{110}<112>为主,还有少量的{100}和{111}织构,退火成品织构均以{111}面织构为主。650℃较低温度下卷取时,成品磁感强度略有提高,但铁损值也略有升高,总体上磁性能差别不大,同时热轧卷表面氧化皮较薄,酸轧时更容易清洗。因此,工业生产中在保证磁性能波动不大的基础上,可通过适当降低卷取温度来提高硅钢热轧卷的酸洗效果和成品表面质量。 The influences of different hot rolling coiling temperatures on the microstructure, magnetic properties and surface quality of non-oriented silicon steel were compared and analyzed under industrial production condition. The results show that when coiled at a higher temperature of 700 ℃, the surface layer and core of hot-rolled coil are both recrystallized microstructure, but when coiled at a lower temperature of 650 ℃, the core occurs incompete recrystallization, and the annealed product microstructure is relatively fine. Under the different coiling temperatures, the textures of hot-rolled coil are similar, the core is {001} <110> rotated cubic texture and a small amount of {111} surface texture, and the surface layer is {110} <001> Goss texture and {110} <112> texture and a small amount of {100} and {111} textures. The textures of annealed products are mainly {111} plane textures. When coiled at a lower temperature of 650 ℃, the magnetic induction value of finished product is slightly increased, but the iron loss value is also slightly increased, and the overall magnetic properties are not significantly different. At the same time, the oxide scale on the surface of hot-rolled coil is thinner, and it is easier to clean during pickling. Therefore, in industrial production, on the basis of ensuring that the magnetic properties fluctuate little, the pickling effect and finished surface quality of hot-rolled silicon steel coil can be improved by appropriately decreasing coiling temperature.
