摘要 本文以某变电站数字化建设为载体,以实现变电站建设数字化管控为核心,基于物联网技术设计了BIM施工协同管控平台及其功能模块,并通过平台实践应用分析,基于视频、二维码、门禁与电子识别等自动化手段,可以自动采集施工人员、设备、物资、工艺等相关信息;基于BIM施工管控平台,所有参建方可实时交互,共享信息,以此显著提升了人员协调效率;此平台不仅有效节约了施工成本,把控了施工进度,保障了人员协调,还从根本上确保了施工安全与质量。 In this paper, a digital substation construction as the carrier, in order to realize the digital substation construction control as the core, it designs the BIM construction coordinated control based on Internet of things technology platform and its function modules, and through the practice application platform analysis, based on the BIM construction management and control platform, all participants can interact in real time and share information, thus significantly improving the coordination efficiency of personnel.This platform not only effectively saves the construction cost, controls the construction schedule, ensures the coordination of personnel, but also fundamentally ensures the construction safety and quality.
