药学类专业产教融合育人新模式的探索与实践

Exploration on a new model of integration of industry and education in the specialty of pharmacy

复合型医药创新人才是生物医药产业发展的重要基石。传统药学教育教学与当前医药产业发展前沿联系不够紧密,其药学实践教学缺乏综合性和创新性,一定程度上不能满足创新型复合型药学人才的培养。产教融合协同育人是提高药学类专业人才培养质量的有效途径。苏州大学药学院结合自身专业特色和地方产业优势,提出全方位、多层次、立体式的产教融合人才培养新模式,并成功进行了实践,在汇聚产业智慧资源、建设高水平实习实训基地、推动多种形式的产学研合作创新等方面取得了显著成效。文章客观地分析了产教融合育人面临的挑战与对策。该课题的实践经验将为研究型综合性大学药学类专业创新型人才的培养提供借鉴。

Interdisciplinary innovative talents in medicine and pharmaceutics are the cornerstone of the development of biopharmaceutical industry.Traditional education and teaching in pharmaceutical sciences could not meet the needs of the cultivation of innovative talents for lack of close connection to the frontiers of pharmaceutical industry,and comprehensiveness and innovation are insufficient in the practical teaching.The integration of industry and education is an effective approach to improve the quality of professional training in pharmaceutical sciences.Based on its disciplinary features and local industrial advantages,the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Soochow University proposes a talent cultivation model of integration of industry and education,which is comprehensive,multi-level,and three-dimensional.This new model has been successfully carried out,and remarkable accomplishments have been achieved in the aspects of gathering industrial intelligence resources,constructing high-level internship and training bases,and promoting innovative industry-education-research cooperation in various forms.The authors also analyze the challenges encountered and countermeasures,providing reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in pharmaceutical sciences in research-oriented comprehensive universities.
