智慧康养旅游产业高质量发展的理论逻辑与实践探索--以贵州智慧康养旅游产业发展为例

Theoretical Logic and Practical Exploration of High-Quality Development of Intelligent Health Care Tourism Industry--Take the Development of Intelligent Health Care Tourism Industry in Guizhou as an Example

党的十八届五中全会将建设“健康中国”提升为国家战略,党的二十大报告又提出“实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略”,康养旅游逐渐成为民众出行消费的新常态。面对老龄化社会的到来以及新冠肺炎疫情下民众防疫日益常态化生活化的情势,急需利用以物联网、人工智能、云计算和5G技术为核心的信息化技术赋能康养旅游产品设计,发展探索人体康养“旅游处方”的“智慧康养旅游产业”。贵州省素有“山地公园省”的美誉,近年来通过大数据与实体经济的融合创新,旅游产业和康养产业智慧度不断提升。然而智慧康养旅游产业发展仍面临着“数字鸿沟”、智慧化程度较低、人机主体博弈、产业链融合程度不高、产业信息化平台泛滥等挑战,亟须完善跨业态无边界康养旅游场景设计,打破智慧化建设圈层壁垒,践行“人体机用”的实践准则并建立健全智慧康养旅游行业标准,以实现“医养旅游”“动养旅游”“怡养旅游”“食养旅游”“天地养旅游”的智慧化建设,助推贵州智慧康养旅游产业高质量发展,并以此为借鉴为其在全国的高质量发展擘画蓝图。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee elevated the construction of“healthyChina”as a national strategy, and the report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to“implement the nationalstrategy of actively dealing with the aging population”. Health tourism has gradually become the new normal of people’stravel and consumption. Faced with the coming of the aging society and the situation that public epidemic preventionis becoming increasingly normal and activated under the COVID-19 epidemic, it is urgent to make use of the informationtechnology with the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and 5G technology as the core to enablethe design of health tourism products, and develop and explore the“intelligent health care tourism industry”whichprovides“tourism prescription”for human health. Guizhou Province is known as the“Mountain park Province”. Inrecent years, through the integration and innovation of big data and the real economy, the intelligence of tourismindustry and health industry has been continuously improving. However, the development of intelligent health caretourism industry is still faced with challenges such as“digital divide”, low degree of intelligence, man-machine game,low degree of industrial chain integration, and flooding of industrial information platforms. It is urgent to improve thescene design of cross-industry borderless health tourism, break the barriers of intelligence construction, practice the“human-oriented”principle as well as establish and improve the standards of the intelligent health care tourismindustry. So as to promote the high-quality development of the intelligent health care tourism industry in Guizhou,and draw a blueprint for its high-quality development in the whole country.
