以“东垣学术”为例谈中医传承中“不全”与“补全”

On "Imperfection" and "Complement" in Inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine with "Dongyuan’s Academic Ideas" as an Example

李东垣先生为金元四大家之一,创立了“脾胃学说”,作为易水学派代表性医家,其学术传承是易水学派乃至燕赵医学流派传承的重要组成部分,研究其学术思想及传承对于指导中医临证大有裨益。本文以东垣学术特点及其方药运用为线索,对比后世医家丰富和发展其学说的相关例述,以及东垣在枳术丸等方剂上的发挥,承其师,补其全,以此研究从发现医家“不全”到后世医家“补全”的中医传承模式,以期对中医学派传承研究与学习提供新思考。

As one of the four masters of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,Mr.Li Dongyuan was called the "School of Reinforcing the Earth" by later generations.As a representative physician of the Yishui School,his academic inheritance is an important part of the inheritance of the Yishui School and even the Yanzhao School of Medicine.Studying his academic ideas and inheritance is of great benefit to guiding the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This article takes Dongyuan’s academic characteristics and the application as a clue,compares the relevant literatures of physicians of later generations who enriched and developed his theories,as well as Dongyuan’s development in Zhizhu Wan(Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill) and other prescriptions,inheriting and complementing his ideas,so as to study the inheritance model of TCM from the discovery of "imperfection" to the "complement" of later generations of physicians,providing new thinking for the inheritance research and learning of TCM schools.
