摘要 针对当前光纤激光精密切割系统因功率过大或过小导致的切割失败的问题,提出光纤激光精密切割系统功率智能控制方法。根据系统工作所需的高强度电压及电流,计算对应瞬时电压量及电流量。根据电纳计算得出功率分布零序列、正值序列以及负值序列,对存在负值序列的功率集合实施高强度控制、存在零值序列的集合根据实际情况实施相应控制。利用反向传播算法计算非线性功率的稳态误差值,对不稳定的功率数值合理修正。仿真实验证明,所提方法的时效性强、控制误差小、整体耗用低,并且对于异常数据的滤波性较好,可有效完成系统功率的智能控制。 Aiming at the cutting failure of the current fiber laser precision cutting system caused by excessive or low power, an intelligent control method for the power of the fiber laser precision cutting system is proposed. According to the high-intensity voltage and current required by the system, calculate the corresponding instantaneous voltage and current. According to the high intensity voltage and current required by the system, the corresponding instantaneous voltage and current are calculated. The zero sequence, positive sequence and negative sequence of power distribution are obtained according to the susceptance calculation. The power set with negative sequence is controlled with high intensity, and the set with zero sequence is controlled according to the actual situation. The back propagation algorithm is used to calculate the steady-state error value of the nonlinear power, and the unstable power value is reasonably corrected. The simulation experiment proves that the proposed method has strong timeliness, small control error, low overall consumption, and good filtering performance for abnormal data, which can effectively complete the intelligent control of the system power.
