风-浪联合开发技术研究现状及发展趋势

摘要 沿海城市经济增长对能源的需求进入新的阶段,大力发展海上可再生能源,促进能源结构绿色转型迫在眉睫。当前海上可再生能源中,风能技术较为成熟,已进入商业开发,但受到成本因素制约;波浪能作为海上风能的伴生资源,通过风-浪联合开发,可发挥协同效应,降本增效,并提高发电稳定性。目前,风-浪联合开发技术形式尚未收敛,主要研究目标为确立互利共赢的联合开发形式及研发安全、高效、低成本的联合开发机组。风-浪联合开发的发展趋势为以海上风电场为基础的大规模阵列化开发。为全面了解海上风-浪联合开发前景,准确把握技术研究进展,本文以风-浪发电的技术现状与需求为出发点,综述联合开发的协同效应,介绍机组的主要类型、技术形式和工程实例,并对风-浪联合开发技术发展趋势做出展望。 The demand for energy from the economic growth of coastal cities has entered a new stage, and it is urgent to vigorously develop offshore renewable energy and promote the green transformation of energy structure. Among the current offshore renewable energy sources, wind energy technology is more mature and has entered commercial development, but is constrained by cost factors;wave energy, as a symbiotic resource to offshore wind energy, plays a synergistic effect through wind-wave co-development to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improves the stability of power generation. The main research objectives are to establish a mutually beneficial and win-win co-development patterns and to develop safe, efficient, and low-cost co-development set of devices, due to the wind-wave co-development technologies have not yet converged. The development trend of wind-wave co-development is large-scale array development based on the offshore wind farms. In order to fully grasp the prospects of offshore wind-wave co-development and accurately get hold of the technological research progress, the current situation and demand of wind-wave power generation is taken as the starting point, the synergistic effects of co-development is reviewed, the main types of set of devices, technical forms, and engineering examples are introduced, and the outlook on the development trend of wind-wave co-development technology is made in this paper.
