习近平关于“三农”问题的重要论述吸收了传统农耕文明思想、马克思主义经典作家与中共历届领导人“三农”思想精华,在推进“三农”问题改革与创新道路上结合了我国农村发展的实际情况,即农村现代化、城乡一体化、惠农富农政策的现实要求,形成了具有时代纹路的“三农”问题重要论述体系。为推进习近平关于“三农”问题重要论述的基层实践,要坚持农村基层党组织的领导,鼓励人民群众积极参与,坚持乡村振兴、脱贫攻坚等大政方针的政治指引,最终推进“三农”问题的解决。

Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the “Three Rural Issues” absorbed the essence of traditional agricultural civilization, Marxist classical writers and previous leaders’ s related thoughts. This philosophy, combining the actual situation of China’s rural development, that is, the practical requirements of rural modernization, urban-rural integration, and policies that benefit farmers and enrich farmers, has formed an important exposition system of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” with the lines of the times. To push forward Xi Jinping’s significant discussion at the basic level, it is suggested to adhere to the leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations, encourage the people to participate actively, adhere to the political guidance of such major policies as rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, and finally promote the solution of the “Three Rural Issues”.
