个体化教育的价值表现、阻碍因素与推进策略

摘要 个体化教育正成为中国教育未来的发展趋势。文章阐述个体化教育的哲学基础,寻找个体化教育的存在价值,分析其对“以人为本”教育理念的扩充、对社会整体素质的提高、对建设高质量教育体系的意义。关于个体化教育研究的重视程度不够、相关理论研究的缺乏、大班化教学的制约等成为个体化教育实施的阻碍因素。需要加大教育投入、重视对教师的关怀、利用现代信息技术、重视家校合作、改革教学评价和考核机制等来促进个体化教育的发展。 Individualized education is becoming the future development trend of Chinese education. This paper expounds the philosophical basis of individualized education, seeks for the existence value of individualized education, and analyzes its expansion of the “people-oriented” education concept, the improvement of the overall quality of society, and the significance of building a high-quality education system. The insufficient emphasis on the research of individualized education, the lack of relevant theoretical research, and the restriction of large class teaching have become obstacles to the implementation of individualized education. We need to increase investment in education, pay attention to care for teachers, use modern information technology, pay attention to home school cooperation, reform teaching evaluation and assessment mechanism to promote the development of individualized education.
