结膜髓外浆细胞瘤一例并文献复习

Conjunctival extramedullary plasmacytoma:a case study and literature review

髓外浆细胞瘤(extramedullary plasmacytoma,EMP)是以浆细胞异常增殖为特征的一种罕见浆细胞瘤。EMP根据病因可分为原发性和继发性两类,常发生于头部及颈部,而结膜EMP通常以原发性EMP形式发病,目前国内外关于结膜EMP的研究较为少见。本文报告了一例43岁男性结膜EMP病例,该患者仅有髓外结膜部局限性病损,表现为右眼睑结膜、球结膜均可见肿物。本文对该患者的治疗经过及预后进行报道并回顾了结膜EMP的相关文献,旨在为结膜EMP的正确诊断和治疗提供参考。

Extramedullary plasmacytoma(EMP)is a rare type of plasmacytoma characterized by the abnormal proliferation of plasma cells.It can be divided into primary and secondary types according to the cause and often occurs in the head and neck,while conjunctival EMP usually develops in the form of primary EMP.At present,domestic and foreign research on conjunctival EMP is relatively rare.This article reports a case of conjunctival EMP in a 43-yearold man.The patient had only limited lesions in the extramedullary conjunctiva,and the tumor was visible in the conjunctiva and bulbar conjunctiva of the right eyelid.This article reports the treatment process and prognosis of this patient and reviews the related literature on conjunctival EMP,aiming to provide a reference for its correct diagnosis and treatment.
