基于POI数据的重庆主城区金融集聚时空格局演变及影响因素研究

Research on Spatio-temporal Pattern Evolution and Influencing Factors of Financial Agglomeration in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing Based on POI Data

促进金融集聚对推动重庆建设西部金融中心具有重大现实意义。基于POI数据,结合核密度、标准差椭圆、地理探测器等研究方法,分析2000-2020年重庆主城区金融集聚时空格局演变及其影响因素。结果表明:重庆主城区银行业、保险业、证券业集聚呈现出特征相异的空间格局,综合来看解放碑-江北嘴地区的金融集聚程度最高;重庆主城区金融网点在空间上以扩散为主,布局方向上大致呈南-北方向分布,并整体向北面发展;经济发展水平、交通通达度、人口密度、科技创新水平、公共服务水平对重庆主城区不同金融子行业的集聚水平有不同程度的影响,其中经济发展水平影响程度最强;相比单一因子,因子交互作用对金融集聚的影响程度要强,银行业倾向于人口密度、经济水平高的地区集聚,而保险业和证券业倾向于科技创新、经济水平高的地区集聚。

Promoting financial agglomeration is of great practical significance to promote Chongqing to build a western financial center.Based on the POI data,combined with the research methods of nuclear density,standard deviation ellipse and geographic detector,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal pattern evolution and influencing factors of financial agglomeration in the main urban area of Chongqing from 2000 to 2020.The results show that the banking,insurance and securities industries in the main urban area of Chongqing are clustered in a spatial pattern with different characteristics.Generally speaking,the financial agglomeration degree in Jiefangbei-Jiangbeizui area is the highest;The financial outlets in the main urban area of Chongqing are mainly diffused in space,and the layout direction is roughly distributed in the south-north direction,and the overall development is to the north;Economic development level,traffic accessibility,population density,scientific and technological innovation level and public service level have different degrees of impact on the agglomeration level of different financial sub-industries in the main urban area of Chongqing,among which the impact of economic development level is the strongest;Compared with a single factor,factor interaction has a stronger impact on financial agglomeration.The banking industry tends to cluster in areas with high population density and economic level,while the insurance industry and securities industry tend to cluster in areas with high scientific and technological innovation and economic level.
