补肾活血中药汤剂联合针刺对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的意义研究

Study on the significance of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia

目的研究补肾活血中药汤剂联合针刺对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的意义。方法60例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予补肾活血中药汤剂联合针刺治疗。比较两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分及吞咽功能评分,临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗1、2周后的洼田饮水试验评分分别为(2.02±0.15)、(1.32±0.13)分,吞咽功能评分分别为(27.50±1.12)、(22.20±0.17)分;对照组患者治疗1、2周后的洼田饮水试验评分分别为(3.86±0.13)、(2.18±0.13)分,吞咽功能评分分别为(34.45±1.11)、(28.01±0.12)分。试验组患者治疗1、2周后的洼田饮水试验评分、吞咽功能评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的临床总有效率93.33%高于对照组的56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者采取补肾活血中药汤剂联合针刺治疗的效果显著,可以改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To study the significance of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The water swallow test score,swallowing function score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,in the experimental group,the water swallow test scores were(2.02±0.15)and(1.32±0.13)points,and the swallowing function scores were(27.50±1.12)and(22.20±0.17)points;in the control group,the water swallow test scores were(3.86±0.13)and(2.18±0.13)points,and the swallowing function scores were(34.45±1.11)and(28.01±0.12)points.After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the water swallow test scores and the swallowing function scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate 93.33%in the experimental group was higher than 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with post-stroke dysphagia is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
