消癌止痛散联合艾灸对胃癌伴疼痛患者疼痛程度以及生活质量的影响观察

Effect observation of Xiaoai Zhitong powder combined with moxibustion on pain level and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer and pain

目的观察消癌止痛散联合艾灸对胃癌伴疼痛患者疼痛程度以及生活质量的影响。方法60例胃癌伴疼痛患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采取临床常规康复方法,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取消癌止痛散联合艾灸治疗。比较两组患者胃肠疾病中医症状评分、生活质量评分、胃肠道反应评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效。结果试验组患者胃肠疾病中医症状评分(2.19±0.12)分、胃肠道反应评分(1.38±0.09)分、VAS评分(1.66±0.36)分低于对照组的(8.09±0.51)、(3.99±0.33)、(4.51±0.39)分,生活质量评分(7.22±0.18)分高于对照组的(3.18±0.58)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取消癌止痛散联合艾灸治疗胃癌伴疼痛患者的效果显著,能够降低患者疼痛程度,改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoai Zhitong powder combined with moxibustion on pain level and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer and pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer and pain were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional clinical rehabilitation,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Xiaoai Zhitong powder combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The tradtional Chinese medicine symptom score of gastrointestinal disease,quality of life score,gastrointestinal reaction score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The tradtional Chinese medicine symptom score of gastrointestinal disease(2.19±0.12)points,the gastrointestinal reaction score(1.38±0.09)points,and the VAS score(1.66±0.36)points of the experimental group were lower than(8.09±0.51),(3.99±0.33)and(4.51±0.39)points of the control group;the quality of life score(7.22±0.18)points of the experimental group was higher than(3.18±0.58)points of the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoai Zhitong powder combined with moxibustion has significant effect on patients with gastric cancer and pain,and can reduce the pain level,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
