甘麦大枣合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠(阴虚火旺证)的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of Ganmai Dazao and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency)

目的研究应用甘麦大枣合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠(阴虚火旺证)的疗效。方法80例失眠(阴虚火旺证)患者,采用电脑随机法分为实验组与参照组,每组40例。参照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予甘麦大枣合酸枣仁汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后证候积分、睡眠质量评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于参照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组证候积分(3.21±0.74)分低于参照组的(4.79±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组睡眠质量评分(8.74±2.34)分低于参照组的(10.47±2.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用甘麦大枣合酸枣仁汤治疗失眠(阴虚火旺证)可以提升患者疗效,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To study the efficacy of Ganmai Dazao and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency).Methods A total of 80 patients with insomnia(heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency)were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Ganmai Dazao and Suanzaoren Decoction.The therapeutic effect,and syndrome score and sleep quality score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of the experimental group was(3.21±0.74)points,which was lower than(4.79±1.36)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score(8.74±2.34)points of the experimental group was lower than(10.47±2.51)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganmai Dazao and Suanzaoren decoction can improve the efficacy in the treatment of insomnia(heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency),and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
