传统养生功法课程教学的思政元素挖掘

摘要 传统养生功法既是身心练养的艺术结晶,也是我国优秀传统文化重要组成部分。在教学过程中,充分挖掘课程思政教育素材,让优秀的民族精神、民族文化无声浸润一批批学子。“十年树木,百年树人”,努力让青年学子热爱传统养生功法,传承优秀文化内核,增强民族文化自信,最终实现“立德树人”的育人本质。 Traditional health preservation exercises are not only the artistic crystallization of physical and mental training,but also an important part of our country’s excellent traditional culture.In the teaching process,fully excavate the curriculum ideological education materials,so that the outstanding national spirit and national culture silently infiltrate a batch of students.It takes 10 years to grow a tree,while a sound education program may require 10 times as long before it takes root,how to make young students love traditional health preservation exercises,inherit excellent cultural core,enhance national cultural self-confidence,and finally realize the educating essence of“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”.
