摘要
目的探讨思维导图对中医领域系统教学的影响,为中医护理教学的实施构建新路径。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院32名护理人员作为研究对象,随机平均分成对照组与观察组,每组16人,对照组实施常规教学模式,观察组实施思维导图教学模式,以中医五行学说为例进行理论授课,教学后进行理论考核,对比2组的教学效果;采用问卷调查对16名观察组护理人员进行思维导图的教学评价,总体验证思维导图教学模式是否有助于中医教学。结果观察组护理人员理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明观察组护理人员对五行学说的理解能力处于较高水平。观察组问卷调查满意率为86.36%。结论思维导图教学模式具有可操作性,能够使中医教学内容丰富与全面,促进护理人员在职中医教学有效开展,培养护理人员的逻辑思维能力、临床应用能力以及核心素养。
Objective To discuss the influence of mind map on the systematic teaching in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and build a new way for the implementation of TCM nursing teaching.Methods 32 nurses in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 16 nurses in each group.The control group was given routine teaching mode,and the observation group was given mind map teaching mode,taught with five-element theory of TCM.Theoretical teaching was conducted,and the results of theoretical examination were used as the final evaluation in the evaluation after teaching,in addition,16 nursing staff in the observation group were evaluated with mind map by questionnaire to verify whether the teaching mode of mind map is helpful to the implementation of TCM teaching.Results The theoretical assessment scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the ability of nursing staff in the observation group to understand the theory of the five elements was at a higher level,and the satisfaction rate of questionnaire survey in the observation group was 86.36%.Conclusion The mind map teaching mode is operable,which can enrich and comprehensively the contents of TCM teaching,promote the effective development of in-service TCM teaching of nursing staff,and cultivate the logical thinking ability,clinical application ability and core literacy of nursing staff.
