某院2018年—2020年住院病例中成药处方专项点评分析

Analysis on Special Evaluation of Chinese Patent Medicine Prescriptions for Inpatients in a Hospital from 2018 to 2020

目的评价福建中医药大学附属泉州市正骨医院中成药处方的合理性。方法抽取2018年—2020年住院病例中成药处方全样本或等距离随机抽样。结果合理处方31.5%(277/880),用药不规范处方11.0%(97/880),用药不适宜处方39.5%(348/880),超说明书用药处方18.0%(158/880)。结论住院中成药使用存在较严重的不合理情况,急需改正。

Objective To evaluate the rationality of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in a hospital.Methods The whole samples of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions of hospitalized cases from 2018 to 2020 were selected or randomly sampled at equal distance.Results The reasonable prescription was 31.5%(277/880),the nonstandard prescription was 11.0%(97/880),the unsuitable prescription was 39.5%(348/880),and the prescription exceeding the specification was 18.0%(158/880).Conclusion There is a serious unreasonable situation in the use of Chinese patent medicine in hospital,which needs to be corrected urgently.
