基于聚类分析探讨赵颜俐教授治疗变应性鼻炎用药规律

Discussion on Medication Rules of Professor Zhao Yanli in Treating Allergic Rhinitis Based on Cluster Analysis

目的探讨赵颜俐教授治疗变应性鼻炎的用药特点和规律。方法以2019年1月—2020年6月于赵颜俐教授门诊就诊的变应性鼻炎650例为研究对象,对赵颜俐教授治疗变应性鼻炎的常用药物进行聚类分析,探索其治疗变应性鼻炎的常用药物和配伍规律。结果赵颜俐教授治疗变应性鼻炎使用最多的药物为黄芪、防风、白芷、辛夷、石菖蒲、党参;聚类分析将出现频率≥60次的中药聚为10类:益气固表、散寒通窍、养血温经、疏风止痒、健脾渗湿、利咽化痰、化湿排浊、利水消肿、健脾消食、止咳平喘。结论赵颜俐教授治疗变应性鼻炎以扶正固本治法为基础,药物以补气药和发散风寒药为主,结合所受之邪与兼症的不同,辅以散邪通窍、疏风止痒、利咽化痰、止咳平喘或健脾消食等治法,体现了其治疗变应性鼻炎扶正祛邪并举,统筹兼顾的学术思想。

Objective To analyze medication characteristics and rules of Professor Zhao Yanli in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,650 patients with AR treated in the outpatient department of Professor Zhao Yanli were taken as the research objects.Cluster analysis was conducted on the drugs commonly used by Professor Zhao Yanli in the treatment of AR,and the common drugs and compatibility rules of the treatment were explored.Results The most commonly used drugs for treating AR were Astragalus membranaceus,Parsnip,Angelicae dahuricae,Xinyi,Shicalamus and Dangshen.Cluster analysis showed that the traditional Chinese medicines with the frequency more than 60 times were grouped into following 10 categories:tonifying qi and consolidating the surface,dispersing cold and orifices,nourishing blood and warming meridian,dispelling wind and relieving itching,invigorating spleen and moistening the spleen,relieving dampness and removing turbidity,relieving water and swelling,invigorating spleen and relieving cough and asthma.Conclusion Through the analysis of drugs law showing that on treating AR,Professor Zhao Yanli’s treatment of AR is based on the method of strengthening the body,and the drugs are mainly qi tonic and wind cold diffusing drugs,combined with the difference between the pathogen and the syndrome,which supplemented by such treatments as dispelling pathogenic factors,relieving wind and relieving itching,benefiting pharynx and relieving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,or strengthening spleen and eliminating food,etc.,which reflects her academic idea of treating AR by supporting the cause and removing pathogenic factors at the same time and taking all factors into consideration.
