庚子年五运六气与咳嗽证素分布规律的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors in Gengzi Year and the Distribution of Cough Syndrome Elements

目的探讨庚子年五运六气特点与咳嗽证素分布规律的相关性。方法选取2020年1月20日—2021年1月20日于山东中医药大学附属医院肺病科门诊就诊的咳嗽患者,收集其发病日期、主要症状、伴随症状、舌苔、脉象来确定其病性证素及发病运气,采用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行统计描述、分析,得出庚子年岁运、司天、在泉、主气、客气等因素与咳嗽证素分布的相关性,从而得出五运六气对咳嗽发病影响。结果咳嗽六气组证素分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=316.690,P<0.05),司天、在泉组证素分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=62.560,P<0.05)。结论庚子年五运六气特点与咳嗽的证素分布有相关性。

Objective To explore the correlation between the characteristics of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Gengzi year and the distribution of cough syndrome elements.Methods The patients with cough who visited the outpatient Department of Lung Disease of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from January 20,2020 to January 20,2021 were selected.The date of onset,main symptoms,concomitant symptoms,tongue covering and pulse pattern of the patients were collected to determine their syndrome elements and luck of onset.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis of the data,and the correlation between the distribution of cough syndrome elements such as Gengzi year,Sitian,Zaiquan,dominance,and politeness was obtained,thus the influence of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors on the incidence of cough was obtained.Results There were statistical differences in the distribution of syndrome elements in the sixqi group of cough(χ^(2)=316.690,P<0.05),and the distribution of syndrome elements in the Sitian and Zaiquan groups had statistical differences(χ^(2)=62.560,P<0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Gengzi year are correlated with the distribution of syndrome elements of cough.
