黄芪建中汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in Treating Syndrome of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察黄芪建中汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的影响。方法选取大连市旅顺口区中医医院诊治的76例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各38例。对照组予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,治疗组加服黄芪建中汤,疗程均2个月。观察炎性因子、中医证候积分变化情况,对比临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及胃脘隐痛、食欲不振、喜温喜按等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为94.74%(36/38),较对照组的73.68%(28/38)临床疗效更佳(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤可发挥温养脾胃、祛寒通络、止痛和胃之效,降低炎性因子水平,缓解胃痛、食欲不振等症状,可较好的治疗脾胃虚寒证慢性萎缩性胃炎,临床值得应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold in chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 76 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed and treated in Dalian Lyushunkou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given omeprazole enteric capsule,and the treatment group was given Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.The course of treatment lasted for 2 months.The changes of inflammatory factors and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),epigastric dull pain,inappetence,like warm and press syndrome decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%(36/38),which was better than that of the control group(73.68%,28/38)(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can play the role of warming and nourishing the spleen and stomach,dispelling cold and clearing colludals,relieving pain and stomach,reducing the level of inflammatory factors,relieving stomachache,inappetence and other symptoms,and can better treat chronic atrophic gastritis with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach and is worthy of clinical application.
