醒窍益气汤联合针刺治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xingqiao Yiqi Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的分析给予过敏性鼻炎患儿醒窍益气汤+针刺联合疗法的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年8月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心90例过敏性鼻炎患儿作为观察对象,依据治疗方法分对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组给予醒窍益气汤+针刺疗法,对比临床效果。结果治疗后观察组流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)]水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医醒窍益气汤+针刺疗法可改善过敏性鼻炎患儿临床症状,促进炎症因子消退,对患儿预后具有明显促进作用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xingqiao Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods 90 cases of children with allergic rhinitis in Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation objects.According to treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xingqiao Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture.The clinical effect was compared.Results The scores of runny nose,nasal obstruction,nasal itching and sneezing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-12(IL-12)]in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xingqiao Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the regression of inflammatory factors,and significantly promote the prognosis of children with allergic rhinitis.
