参松养心汤治疗高血压病合并房颤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shensong Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertension with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探究参松养心汤对高血压病合并房颤患者左心室重构的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的高血压病合并房颤的患者98例,随机分为2组,各49例。对照组给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片、苯磺酸氨氯地平常规治疗,试验组联合参松养心汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、血压情况、不良反应及左心室重构指标。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SDP)较低,不良反应发生率较低;试验组舒张末期内径(LVD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(PWT)、左心室重量(LVM)较低(P<0.05)。结论参松养心汤治疗高血压病合并房颤患效果显著,可降低患者血压,提高心功能,改善左心室重构情况。

Objective To explore the effect of Shensong Yangxin decoction on left ventricle remodeling in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation.Methods 98 patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation in the First Hospital of China Medical University from January 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received losartan and amlodipine besylate,and the study group received additionally Shensong Yangxin decoction.The clinical effect,blood pressure,adverse reactions and atrial ventricle remodeling were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SDP)of the experimental group were lower,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.The indexes of end-diastolic inner diameter(LVD),ventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(PWT)and left ventricular weight(LVM)in experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin decoction has significant effect on patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation,which can reduce blood pressure,improve heart function and left ventricle remodeling.
