摘要
目的观察星状神经节为主埋线治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法将2019年1月—2021年1月阆中市中医医院肛肠科及针灸康复科收治的66例混合痔患者随机分为对照组(胶圈套扎)和治疗组(星状神经节为主穴位埋线),观察2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组愈显率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的57.58%(19/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗混合痔效果明显优于手术。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion embedding in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 66 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Langzhong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(glue-ring ligation)and the treatment group(stellate ganglion as the main acupoint catgut embedding).The therapeutic effect of mixed hemorrhoids in the two groups was observed.Results The healing rate of the treatment group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than that of the control group 57.58%(19/33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of stellate ganglion acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is significantly better than that of surgery.
