中医护理在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者围手术期实施中医护理干预的应用价值。方法抽选2019年1月—2020年12月于济宁市中医院接受手术治疗的96例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究,依据随机数表法原则分组,对照组患者围手术期实施常规护理,观察组患者围手术期实施中医护理,记录对比2组患者术后恢复情况,评估各组患者护理前后情志、疼痛感变化,观察统计各组患者术后并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者经过围手术期中医护理干预术后恢复速度更快,相应统计时长均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后焦虑、抑郁情志评分、主观疼痛感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者围手术期开展中医护理干预能够有效调节患者情志,增进护患关系和谐,同时促进术后恢复,减少并发症,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A selection of 96 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for research and observation.The patients were grouped according to the principle of random number table.The patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative period,and the patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was recorded and compared,the changes of emotion and pain before and after nursing were evaluated,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in each group was observed and analyzed.Results The recovery rate of observation group was faster after perioperative traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,and the corresponding statistical duration was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression and subjective pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids can effectively regulate the patient’s emotions,enhance the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and at the same time promote postoperative recovery and reduce complications.It is worthy of application and promotion.
