中药熏洗和中医康复护理改善脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Improving Limb Function of Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的探讨中药熏洗和中医康复护理干预对改善脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月—2021年2月在南昌市第一医院接受治疗的84例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用常规康复护理进行干预,观察组采用中医熏洗联合中医康复护理进行干预,比较2组患者护理后各项评分量表变化,护理前后上下肢功能评分以及生存质量评分。结果护理后,观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力以及上肢运动功能评分、上下肢肌力水平评分、生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中后偏瘫的患者,采用中药熏洗和中医康复护理进行干预,能够改善患者临床疼痛评分,提高日常生活能力,增强上下肢肌力功能,促进恢复,提高日常生存质量,改善情绪状态。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention on improving the function of hemiplegic limbs after stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia accepted in the First Hospital of Nanchang from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=42 cases)and control group(n=42 cases).The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing to intervene,and the observation group used Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese rehabilitation nursing to intervene.The changes in the scores of the two groups after nursing,the upper and lower limb function scores before and after nursing,and the quality of life scores were compared.Results After nursing,the pain degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,The daily living ability and upper limb motor function scores,the upper and lower muscle function scores and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clinical hemiplegia after stroke,Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve patient’s clinical pain score,improve the ability of daily living,enhance the muscle function of upper and lower limbs,promote recovery,and improve the quality of daily life and emotional state.
