河南省康复类专业本科生就业现状调查分析

Investigation on the Employment Status of Rehabilitation Undergraduates in Henan Province

在实施“健康中国”战略和健康产业高速发展的局势下,医学院校不断扩招,医学毕业生数量逐渐增加,就业形势十分严峻,尤其是康复类专业的学生,就业竞争更加激烈。文章以河南省康复类专业本科医学生作为调查对象,分析康复类专业学生的就业现状和问题,提出大多数学生就业倾向于大中城市,薪资期待值过高,考研深造已为大势,就业思维僵化及专业能力略显不足等问题。针对这些问题,学生自身要理性认识就业形势,正确看待考研深造,合理规划职业生涯,拓展就业途径视野及提高自身专业素养;学校部门应加强考研培训,引导学生正确看待当前考研形势及自身需求等。

With the implementation of the“Healthy China”strategy and the rapid development of health industry,medical colleges and universities continue to expand their enrollment,the number of medical graduates is gradually increasing,and the employment situation is very severe,especially for the students majoring in rehabilitation,the employment competition is more fierce.Taking the undergraduate medical students of rehabilitation major in Henan Province as the investigation object,this paper analyzes the employment status and existing problems of the students of rehabilitation major,and finds that most of the students tend to be employed in large and medium sized cities,the salary expectation is too high,the postgraduate entrance examination has become a general trend,the employment thinking is rigid and the professional ability is slightly insufficient.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward that students should rationally understand the employment situation,correctly treat the postgraduate entrance examination,reasonably plan their career,expand their employment channels and improve their professional quality,school departments should strengthen the postgraduate entrance examination training,and guide students to correctly treat the current postgraduate entrance examination situation and their own needs.
