马来酸麦角新碱加雷火灸在人流术后子宫复旧的作用评价

Evaluation of the effect of ergonovine maleate plus thunder fire moxibustion on uterine involution after artificial abortion

目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱加雷火灸在人流术后子宫复旧的效果。方法选择2020年1月~2022年1月在我院接受人流手术的80例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上应用马来酸麦角新碱治疗,观察组在基础治疗上应用马来酸麦角新碱联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组患者出血、疼痛情况及子宫复旧、不良反应情况。结果两组患者的出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的阴道持续出血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的腹痛缓解时间短于对照组,术后第1、5 d时的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的月经复潮时间短于对照组,术后14 d时的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,且术后14 d时子宫三径之和小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为22.50%,对照组为17.50%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸联合马来酸麦角新碱能有效缓解人流术后患者的宫缩痛,缩短术后出血时间,且不增加不良反应,有助于促进子宫复旧。

Objective To investigate the effect of ergosterol maleate plus thunder-fire moxibustion on uterine rejuvenation after abortion.Methods 80 patients who underwent abortion surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 40 cases in each.Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was treated with ergonovine maleate in the basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with ergonovine maleate combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the basic treatment.The bleeding,pain,uterine involution,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the visual analogue score(VAS)of 1st and 5th days after operation was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The menstrual re-fluid time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the thickness of the endometrium at 14 days after operation was greater than that of the control group,and the sum of three diameters of the uterus was less than that of the control group at 14 days after operation(all P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the observation group was 22.50%,and that of the control group was 17.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Lightning fire moxibustion combined with ergonovine maleate is used in patients after artificial abortion,which can effectively relieve postoperative uterine contractions,shorten postoperative bleeding time without increasing total bleeding,and help promote uterine involution without increasing adverse reactions.
