The new staff has injected fresh blood into the hospital and added new strength,which is the talent foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital.Pre-job training and education of new employees is the key link of hospital human resource management and the important guarantee of high quality operation.How to arrange the training content and training form efficiently and orderly within the limited time,this paper takes the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University as an example to summarize and explore.
