摘要
为了在实验室条件下安全、快速地获得与实际火炮发射时相似的膛压载荷特性,进而开展不同身管材料和弹药结构在膛压载荷特性下的性能研究,设计了一种新型火炮膛内压力模拟装置。针对该装置以经典内弹道理论为基础,结合高低压发射原理,建立了模拟膛压载荷变化过程的仿真分析模型。利用该模型分析不同试验参数对膛压载荷变化的影响,选择与火炮真实发射膛压载荷误差最小的试验参数作为模拟试验的初始试验参数。试验结果表明,所设计的火炮膛内压力模拟装置能够较好地模拟火炮发射过程中膛压载荷特性,可为实验室条件下简便有效地模拟膛压载荷提供一种新的试验方法。
In order to safely and quickly obtain the chamber pressure load characteristics similar to actual artillery firing under laboratory conditions, and study the performance of different barrel materials and ammunition structures under the chamber pressure load characteristics, a new gun chamber pre-ssure simulation device is designed. Based on the classical internal ballistic theory and the principle of high and low pressure launch. This model is used to analyze the impact of different test parameters on the change of chamber pressure load, and the test parameters with the smallest error of the real firing chamber pressure load are selected as the initial test parameters of the simulation test. The test results show that the designed gun chamber pressure simulation device can better simulate the chamber pre-ssure load characteristics during the launching process, and provides a new test method for simply and effectively simulating the chamber pressure load under laboratory conditions.
