摘要 为解决对地电容测量结果不精确、消弧线圈控制复杂、补偿效果和熄弧能力有限等问题,本文提出一种基于信号注入法的主从式消弧线圈柔性补偿控制策略。以一种对地电容测量新方法为基础,基于开关投切的主从式消弧线圈为载体,采用预随调式控制方式,在系统正常运行时进行对地电容的实时测量和消弧线圈的在线调整。在发生单相接地故障时,通过开关动作将消弧线圈迅速调整为全补偿状态,从而实现配电网不同运行方式下单相接地电容电流的精准补偿。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对所提控制策略的有效性进行了验证。 To solve the problems such as imprecise measurement result of earth capacitance,complex control of arc suppression coil,and limited compensation effect and arc extinguishing capability,a flexible compensation control strategy for a master-slave arc suppression coil based on the signal injection method is proposed in this paper.On the basis of a novel earth capacitance measurement method,a master-slave arc suppression coil with a hurl-slices switch is taken as the carrier,and the presetting and following-setting control mode is adopted.In the normal operation of the system,the real-time measurement of earth capacitance and the on-line adjustment of arc suppression coil are carried out.When a single-phase grounding fault occurs,the arc suppression coil will be quickly adjusted to a fully-compensated state by the switching action.In this way,the accurate compensation of single-phase grounding capacitive current in different operation modes of distribution network is realized.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software.
