总结卜献春教授治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的经验。卜献春教授认为,非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变病位上主责之于目、肝、脾、肾。气阴两虚、肾阴亏耗贯穿整个糖尿病视网膜病变全程,虚实夹杂,跟痰、瘀的关系密不可分。因此,治疗时在益气养阴、活血通络、滋补肾阴上有所侧重,在不同的证型及夹杂症上又各有所用药特点。附验案1则,以资佐证。

Professor Bu Xianchun’s experience in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy was summarized.Professor Bu Xianchun believes that the main causes of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy are the eyes,liver,spleen and kidney.Deficiency of qi and yin and deficiency of kidney and yin run through the whole course of diabetic retinopathy.Deficiency and deficiency are closely related to phlegm and blood stasis.Therefore,the treatment focuses on nourishing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and nourishing kidney-yin,and has its own characteristics in different syndrome types and mixed diseases.A test case was attached to support the evidence.
